Week 8

Hello!

How is everyone doing!? I hope you all are having a great start to your week this week! I look forward to hearing from each of you each week; it truly is such a source of inspiration. It's nice having things start to slow down again, and our schedule is starting to fill up, which I never thought possible with such a small community! But it's good, the work is progressing! A busy missionary is a happy missionary. But tired. I want a nap!

We had exchanges this last week with the zone leaders, and that was great! It was good to see how another missionary really worked. It's always such a growing experience. I learn about myself so much as I work and I see that I can do hard things. Missions are difficult, but you don't really think about it ever until you lay your head on your pillow at night and just wonder like how on earth did I do that today? Ha it's good though. Not a ton of super exciting stuff from my end this week!

I have now seen my first moose up here, now I've seen 3 and then probably like 15 whitetail deer! It's great! I’ve eaten moose now too, it's also very tasty! Things are picking up a lot, the work is progressing, and I am growing each day.

One cool experience I have is that during tracting this week we knocked on a door to a guy in his 30's probably, and we just started talking and everything and he seems to be interested. Went back a couple days later and he likes what we are talking about, we did leave him a Restoration pamphlet, then this time we left a mormon.org card! We are going back this week; I'll let you know how it goes! Maybe I found someone who has been prepared for me? We shall see!

I'll try and do something exciting for you all this week. Send letters! I love the emails but I hardly ever get actual mail which stinks, but that is how it goes! I love you all, have a great week!

Love, Elder McFall

Me all bundled up doin' work!

A Canadian sunset!
